For four years I grew revenue by fixing the funnel steps where users drop off, from first click to first transaction. No brand budget, no vanity metrics. I'm now adding paid media, testing and AI-driven workflows.
Open to performance and growth marketing roles – remote with international teams, or on-site in Singapore or Phnom Penh. I worked in Singapore for five years before moving to Cambodia.
$63M

How I work
Most marketing can't prove what it produced. Mine had to.
In affiliate and partnership marketing you're paid on outcomes, not impressions. If a thousand people click and none of them transact, you earned nothing. That teaches you to ignore the top of the funnel and obsess over the conversion steps everybody else skips.
It's the same discipline paid media runs on, which is why I'm building there next.
Selected work
01
Grew a partner channel from zero to $63M monthly volume by fixing activation
Altcoin Buzz, a digital media company. BYDFi, a global trading platform. I led the partnership from launch until I left in March 2024.
The problem: Referrals don't produce revenue. Commission is earned only when a referred user deposits and then transacts, so most partner programmes leak badly at each step.
What I did:
- Negotiated the commercial terms and built the referral funnel across the company's channels
- Focused on activation (the deposit-to-transaction conversion) rather than sign-up volume, because that's where the revenue sits
- Proposed and co-ran joint campaigns with the partner: deposit cashback, registration rewards, event-timed promotions
- Reviewed performance data with the partner monthly and reallocated effort toward what converted
Result:
4x volume growth in five months. Monthly deposits grew from roughly $11,000 to over $75,000.
“Andrej grew BYDFi's affiliate trading volume from zero to over $63M per month across five months. He was one of our best-performing partners and easy to work with.”

02
Doubled company revenue in six months
Altcoin Buzz. Hired as Head of Growth to sell sponsored campaigns; promoted to Head of Partnerships.
What I did: Rebuilt the sales presentation so the offer and pricing were clear in the first few minutes. Organised the pipeline so I could see where deals stalled. Concentrated effort on the channels producing qualified enquiries rather than chasing every lead.
Result: Revenue doubled in six months. I was promoted, then held and renewed multiple five-figure accounts, built the account-management process that absorbed a 50% increase in clients inside four weeks, and trained my own successor into the role.
Also in this period: ran the partner programme for MEXC, a global trading platform – $64M in referral volume over six months from close to 600 referred users, peaking at #8 on their worldwide affiliate leaderboard.

33 sold-out events, built on copy
Diamond Events, Phnom Penh. Two live event series, no meaningful ad budget.
What I did: Wrote every piece of copy: titles, event listings, ads, social. Directed the design. Sourced and negotiated the boat charter for the cruise series. Ran the bar personally on the first sailings to learn the margins before hiring staff.
Result: 23 consecutive sold-out shows at one venue, roughly $34,500 in direct revenue for it and around 100 new customers introduced. Nearly 10 cruise events, every one full at 80+ guests, with 20–30 people turned away per sailing and guests queuing half an hour before boarding.
“We created 23 Jazz and the City events together with nearly 10 Jazz Cruise on Mekong. Most of these events were sold out and people were so excited that they queued half an hour before the event. I liked that he was fully involved making sure the events were a success: he looked for the boat, negotiated with the owner, wrote the copy and ads and even ran the bar personally on the first cruises to learn how it works before we hired staff. What he taught me about marketing helped me to triple my income.”

Built a full funnel from content to recurring revenue
Biz N Consumer Solutions, Singapore, then Phnom Penh. Sales & Marketing Manager, then Country Manager.
What I did: Built a four-stage funnel: content marketing (email, video, articles, social) to generate interest, a free introductory workshop, a paid full-day masterclass, and ongoing paid services. I then launched the company's Cambodia office from nothing: established operations, built local partnerships and acquired the first clients.

What clients say
“Andrej has a rare gift: he transforms a complicated idea into a simple, irresistible offer. The tagline he wrote for our company made people instantly get it and instantly curious. It genuinely moved the needle on our marketing & PR campaign.”
Sanjeev Kumar, Aarna
What I'm building now
I'm deepening into paid media and AI-augmented campaign workflows.
In progress: Google AI Essentials, then Meta Blueprint and Google Ads certification, GA4 and conversion tracking, and a live Meta account for my own events business.
The thing I'm building toward is the pairing the market is short of: someone who can write the creative, read what the algorithm is actually doing, and tell when it's optimising for the wrong thing.
I'll publish the work here as it's done.
Let's talk.
I'm looking for a role where marketing is treated as a revenue function and judged on what it produced – remote, or on-site in Singapore or Phnom Penh. I take on project work too. Email is the quickest way to reach me, or book a short call.
